The website looks okay and it’s easy enough to browse, but it feels plain. I was expecting something more modern and polished because they made it sound like it would be a big improvement. Instead, it’s just kind of basic. Not terrible, just not really what was promised

I felt like the price was fair for what I got. The quality was actually better than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but for me, it still felt worth it. Only taking off one star because the reply was a bit slow.

I looked through prostoconcept.com, it didn’t quite make me feel confident enough. Some of the info felt a little bare, and I couldn’t really tell who’s actually behind the site, which is kind of concerning. Maybe it’s a legit brand, but for something that matters, I feel like they should be a lot clearer and give people more reasons to trust them.

I don’t know if something got missed on their end or what, but I had to follow up just to get the return details. It ended up taking longer than it should have, and it was more of a hassle than I expected.

I went on the site thinking I’d be able to quickly grab the things I needed, but almost everything I clicked on was out of stock or unavailable. It was frustrating because I expected a smoother shopping experience, not to spend time browsing items I couldn’t actually buy.

The package did show up when they said it would, and the tracking worked fine the whole time. It ended up taking an extra day, which I guess isn’t a huge deal, though I did wonder if something was delayed. Overall, it was reliable enough, just not super fast

I was about to place an order, but once I got to the payment page, I started feeling uneasy. There wasn’t much clear info about security (or at least I didn’t see anything reassuring), and I just didn’t feel comfortable entering my card details. It might be totally fine, but the checkout didn’t give me enough confidence, so I ended up leaving without buying.

I kept going back and forth on this order, staring at the photos way too many times like I was stuck deciding and couldn’t move on until I bought it. When it showed up, I was relieved because it looked really close to the pictures, the color and shape matched well, so there wasn’t any weird surprise waiting in the box.

The only thing I noticed is that one little detail looked a bit smoother in the photos than it does in person. It’s not enough to bother me or make me regret it, though. Overall I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars...

I mean, I was just trying to get a straight answer about my order, but the replies were kind of short and a bit confusing. I ended up having to ask the same question twice. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the communication definitely needs work.

I had to cancel my order and expected the refund to take forever, but it was back in my account quickly. No chasing anyone, no weird hassle. I was fully ready to be annoyed, but nope, it was actually super easy

The box showed up crushed, which was disappointing. Thankfully the item seemed okay, but the packaging itself was in bad shape.

The prices seem fair overall. They’re not the absolute cheapest I’ve seen, but they’re reasonable enough and I don’t feel like I’m overpaying

I checked out prostoconcept.com hoping I’d find a decent deal, but the promos just didn’t feel that exciting. It kind of looked like regular pricing with a tiny discount added on, if that. I was expecting something a bit more worthwhile, especially compared to other sites where... yeah, it just didn’t really make me want to buy anything.

I was hoping the material would feel a bit sturdier, especially since I’d been looking forward to using it when it arrived. I opened it up after work, and right away it just felt kind of flimsy and cheaper than I expected. It might still be usable, but quality-wise I thought it would be better
